A Content Filter is displayed under the "Menu" on the left after you log in. You can select only the segements you are interested in viewing and 'presto', all other content will not be displayed.

You can select whichever filters you want, but it recommended that you at least start with "Pack", "Pack Committee", "District/Council", and "Public Events" selected in addition to your own den.
